1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Novyrex Hotels Inc. ("Novyrex," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Reservations and Bookings

2.1 Booking Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from Novyrex Hotels via email. We reserve the right to decline any reservation request.

2.2 Payment Requirements

Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate plan selected. Payment must be made with a valid credit card. We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers.

2.3 Rate Changes

Published rates are subject to change without notice. The rate applicable to your reservation is the rate confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Check-in and Check-out

3.1 Check-in Policy

Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Valid government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in.

3.2 Check-out Policy

Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may result in additional charges equivalent to half or full day room rates.

3.3 Age Requirements

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation and check-in. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Standard Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged for one night's accommodation.

4.2 Special Events and Peak Periods

During peak seasons, special events, or holidays, different cancellation policies may apply. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

4.3 No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation will result in charges for the full reservation amount and potential cancellation of remaining nights.

5. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

5.1 Property Respect

Guests are expected to treat the hotel property, furnishings, and amenities with care and respect. Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest's account at replacement cost.

5.2 Noise Policy

Guests must maintain reasonable noise levels at all times, particularly during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM). Excessive noise may result in eviction without refund.

5.3 Smoking Policy

Novyrex Hotels maintains smoke-free accommodations. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Violation will result in cleaning fees.

5.4 Pet Policy

Select accommodations are pet-friendly. Pet policies, fees, and restrictions apply. Pets must be registered at check-in and remain supervised at all times.

6. Liability and Safety

6.1 Limited Liability

While we maintain comprehensive security measures, Novyrex Hotels is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. We recommend guests use room safes for valuables.

6.2 Safety Compliance

Guests must comply with all safety regulations and emergency procedures. Tampering with safety equipment or ignoring emergency instructions may result in immediate eviction and potential legal action.

6.3 Medical Emergencies

In case of medical emergencies, we will provide reasonable assistance but assume no responsibility for medical care or related expenses.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected during your stay is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

8. Force Majeure

Novyrex Hotels shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
